Britain’s Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have announced the arrival of their second child.
A spokesman for Prince William and Meghan Markle announced the arrival of the second child, saying “Archie is going to be a big brother,” according to AFP.
On the same day 37 years ago, British newspapers reported that Princess Diana was pregnant with her second child, Prince Harry.
Prince Harry, 36, and his wife announced their resignation from the royal family in March last year, after which they now live in the US state of California.
A spokeswoman for Britain’s Buckingham Palace said: “All families, including Queen Elizabeth II, are happy to have Prince William’s baby and wish him well.
The royal couple has posted a new photo of Meghan Markle, the 39-year-old Duchess of Sussex, pregnant.
This photo was taken by Maysan Harman, a close and longtime friend of the couple.
Mason Harman posted on the royal couple’s black and white Twitter account that he was present at the wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and witnessed their love story.
Congratulating the arrival of the baby, Maysan Harman said he was proud to see Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s loving relationship move forward.
Last January, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, were quoted as saying that the royal couple had shut down their social media accounts in the face of hate speech.
According to AFP, the royal couple has preferred to play a “progressive role” after moving to the United States, and in the meantime, they reject the use of social media in a personal and professional capacity.
