PSL 6: Islamabad piled up 118 runs against Zalmi

The second match of the sixth edition of Pakistan Super League is being played today between Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi at National Stadium Karachi.

Earlier, Islamabad United were bowled out for 118 in 17.1 overs.

Paul Sterling, who was dismissed, was bowled by Wahab Riaz after scoring just one run.

Phil Salt was bowled by Saqib Mahmood after scoring 9 runs. Faheem Ashraf also added only two runs to the team’s total score and was caught by Ameed Asif.

After Hussain Talat scored 22 runs, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman’s ball became LBW. Asif Ali scored 19 and he also fell victim to Wahab Riaz, Shoaib Malik caught him.

Shadab Khan was run out after scoring only 6 runs. Alex Hales batted well and scored 41 runs. Imam-ul-Haq caught the ball of Saqib Mahmood.

After Iftikhar Ahmed scored seven runs, Wahab Riaz’s ball was caught by Kohler. Hassan Ali returned to the pavilion with an individual score of just seven runs. Wahab Riaz made him LBW.

The last player to be dismissed was Muhammad Waseem who could score only one score.
