LAHORE: The Punjab government has taken steps to curb the spread of Coronavirus. The Punjab government has banned public transport in nine cities including Lahore.

On the other hand, challans of more than 6,000 vehicles were cut for violations of SOPs, many shops and restaurants were sealed while cases were registered against several citizens for not wearing masks.

Lahore Police has registered 627 cases of violation of Corona SOPs in the last 4 days. In the last 24 hours, 220 cases of violation of Corona SOPs have been registered.
