UAE Ambassador to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Saleem Al Dhaabi has called on Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar in which issues of mutual interest and bilateral issues were discussed.
According to a statement issued by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, the two leaders also agreed to promote investment in various sectors.
Talking on the occasion, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar said that “there is a historic fraternal relationship between the two countries.”
He said that Arab investors River Ravi came forward to invest in the projects of United Urban Front and Walton Business Hub.
According to him, projects have been launched in Lahore Business Hub which have vast opportunities for foreign investors.
Usman Bazdar further said that work is being done on a five star hotel near Gaddafi Stadium and future teams will be accommodated in it.
He said that facilities are being provided to the investors on priority basis and the process of issuance of NOCs has been facilitated for them.
Usman Bazdar appreciated the cooperation of the United Arab Emirates in the development of Pakistan.

Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Saleem Al-Dhaabi also said that the UAE Visa Center will soon be opened in Lahore.
